Dear Parents,

Without your help and cooperation, not much can be achieved despite the efforts made by the school to mould and improve the character of your child. Hence, you are earnestly requested to instill discipline in both actions and words.

• Personal cleanliness and tidiness are expected from all pupils.
• Pupils attending school must come equipped with a complete set of all textbooks, notebooks, and accessories prescribed by the school.
• Parents are requested not to send pupils wearing any ornaments or jewellery.
• Every child is expected to speak English not only at school but at home as well. The more a child hears and speaks English, the better they will learn it.
• A child suffering from a contagious or infectious disease should not be sent to school.
• Proper education of a pupil depends on the joint efforts of parents and teachers. Parents are expected to ensure regularity and see that their children complete the work assigned to them daily at home.
• Parents should inspect and sign the progress report and any occasional reports sent by the teacher through the school calendar.
• Please attend PTA meetings as and when informed. Parents will not be allowed to meet teachers on working days without prior permission from the Principal.
• Kindly inform the school of any change in your address or telephone number.

Disciplinary action will be taken if a child consistently:

• Arrives late to school
• Fails to submit acknowledgements of remarks, worksheets, circulars, or report cards
• Forgets to bring books or submit assignments on time
• Misbehaves in class, on the school bus, or uses abusive language
